FAO Schwarz
In preparation for holiday season, iconic FAO Schwarz wanted to partner with several of its key partners to create over the top, immersive shops throughout its Rockefeller Center location.
Multi-Dimensional Fabrication
For some of the world-renowned brands like FUNKO, its own FAO Adoption brand, Sesame Street’s Elmo’s Monster Factory and Daron collectables, VGS fabricated full shop signage, one of a kind, multi-dimensional elements, hanging structures and printed wraps & panels.
The work helped create a sense of clear space and branding for each of the unique toy companies, and provides a fun experience that FAO customers have come to expect.
On Time, On Budget Execution
For other brands & areas of the store such as the Now Playing shop, Sideshow Collectables, Brio and Steiff, VGS helped by printing fun wallcoverings to frame in the spaces these iconic brands hold within FAO.
Most all of the branded shops took 2-3 weeks to complete, and FAO was very happy with the execution. All the shops were intended to be semi-permanent.
